• Full management  12%    (10% plus VAT)

• *Full management  ‘PLUS’   18%   (15% plus VAT)

• Let only/tenant find   £420  or half the first month’s rent (whichever is the greater)

• £72 Inventory (£60 plus VAT)

• Renewal £48  (£40 plus VAT)

• Statutory Declaration £42  (£35 plus VAT)

• Issuing of s21  £60  (£50 plus VAT)

• Preparation of possession papers  £210   (£175 plus VAT)

• Admin to enlist the Bailiffs  £90  (£75 plus VAT)

• Money claims administration £90  (£75 plus VAT)

 

Our Full Management ‘PLUS’  (15% plus VAT)  service includes

• Free court form administration where applicable – Court fees still apply

• Free claim for deposit via statutory declaration
